crying from fear; topical use of prolapsed

Cautions
|
Caution if pregnant as
it may impair labour and cause difficulty in
delivery.; long term use may consume qi and yin;
use caution if in a deficient state; use may be
associated with possible drowsiness and sedation
so do not let your pets drive heavy machinery or
jump intricate obstacles while under the
influence!

|
Chan Tui can potentiate
the sedative effect of barbiturates and reduces
the stimulant effect of caffeine.

In the Ben Cao Gang Mu;
Materia Medica, published in 1578, the cicada treats all
symptoms related to wind-heat. The entire insect is more
effective for the treatment of diseases of the internal
organs and the moulted case is more appropriate to treat
exterior disorders. (Chen and Chen)
Published research:
successful treatment of tetanus; chronic urticaria and
prolapse of rectum; laboratory studies have shown that
it prevents and treats seizures, tetanus, prolongs
sleeping time induced by barbiturates, reduces
spontaneous activity and counters excitation induced by
caffeine in mice.
